This past month has been a complete whirlwind!!! We officially moved to the COUNTRY! And we are lovin' it. It has been quite an adjustment, but I am just taking it day by day. We down sized from our old house of 2100 sq ft to our little 700 sq ft CAMO mobile home, manufactured home, house on wheels OR as I like to call it, my TRAILER....home sweet home! This home is our future guest house and we will be occupying it while we try to sell our old home and build a new one. So, not only am I adjusting to driving 30 minutes to a grocery store, driving an hour to decent shopping, fighting off bugs, living in rubber boots, feeding the fish, deer, and dove....I am mostly trying to adjust to living in tight quarters with a bunch of BOYS!!! But like they say....love grows best in little houses!
Below are very random pictures in no particular order of what has been happening the past month or so. I have been slacking in the picture taking department, but hope to get back on track soon! Enjoy...
OLD Home
NEW Home....Thanks Tony for helping build our awesome deck! (which is almost finished)
Chad's new shop...1600 sq ft of MAN CAVE!!!!
At the old house....Coy loves his rubber boots and will go get them and put them by the door. Hint hint...somebody wants to go outside
Tired from watching Momma doing all that packing!
Colter's monster mask
Coy working on his monster mask
SCARY!
Trying to stay cool in the country
So HOT they decided to actually get IN the water table!
This past Sat we went to sweet Emerson's 5th birthday party! I only got 2 pictures....weep weep. I am not good at picture taking and managing two wild kids by myself
Langston!!!
The rest of the pictures are from my phone....pretty sad when you use your phone to take pictures more often than a real camera!
Coy's monster face
YES...that is a dove decoy in Coy's lap. He is officially redneck! We went to Walmart and he saw that dove and flipped out because he had to have it. So, the good mom that I am....ha ha....I mean I am the mom that just wanted him to stop crying, so yes I spent $2 on that dove for him. He literally carried that dove around for 3 days straight!
Hmmmm....aren't those Mr. Potato Head's glasses???
HELLOOOOO Sonny!
Redneck Swimming pool!!!!
Really?? Yes that is Coy's highchair.
I peeked in on Coy one day as he was napping and this is what I found, so I ran to get my camera....oh I meant my phone :) and took this picture! He sat like that for a long time then I finally lifted up the blanket and peeked at him. He was just sitting there with his eyes open...maybe he was meditating?
Colter took this picture! We were just enjoying the new bench my parent's got us for our anniversary.
LOVE MY BOYS!!!
Today I had a nice surprise in the mail. We received our Texas Trophy Hunter Magazine and my article that I had sent in months ago had been published. Pretty neat!
