Turkey And Wild Rice Casserole

This is what the Willis' are having for dinner tonight! It's a nice healthy dish for the whole family.

1 lb ground turkey, cooked
1 box long grain wild rice (I use Uncle Ben's)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 1/4 cups boiling water

1. Combine all ingredients, including rice seasoning in a 2qt casserole dish and mix thoroughly


2. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until water is absorbed

3. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes

** Steamed broccoli and cheese go great with this yummy dish!
