Taco Tower

YUM...YUM...YUM! This is a great way to change up boring tacos and it is easy easy easy!

1 lb ground beef
1/2 envelope of taco seasoning
16oz can refried beans
1/2 cup sour cream
10 inch flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz can sliced black olives

Toppings of your choice: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, salsa

1. Brown meat and drain.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, beans, and sour cream. Cook till heated through.
3. Place one tortilla on bottom of a pie pan or pizza pan. Spread 1/4 meat mixture over tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and olives.
4. Place another tortilla on top and repeat layers until you reach top of pan.
5. Lastly place a tortilla on top and brush with vegetable oil for a crunchy top.
6. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
7. Slice into 4 - 6 wedges and serve with toppings of choice.
