Tator Tot Casserole

If you have kids...this recipe is a must! Since Colter has hit "toddler-hood" this casserole has become a staple in the Willis household. And I have also come to love it!

1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1-2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of tator tots

1. Brown meat in skillet and drain. Put meat back into skillet, then add soup and milk, and heat through.

2. Spoon meat into an 8x8 (2 qt) baking dish.

3. Cover meat mixture with frozen vegetables.

4. Then add cheese and top with tator tots. You will not use all of the tator tots, but try to squeeze in as many as you can.

5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, or until tots are browned.

** If you like serve it topped with ketchup....yummy!
