Italian Vegetable Salad

Here is a great side dish for all those cold bean salad lovers! This will be perfect with any Italian dish. I have to make this dish when my hubby is out of town...he is not a fan of any kind of cold beans, but I love it!

1/2 lb fresh green beans, cut in half
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans)
1 cup sliced stuffed green olives
1/2 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing or your favorite Italian dressing

1. Boil green beans and cauliflower in saucepan until crisp (about 10 minutes)
2. Drain, rinse, and add to large bowl
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix
4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled
